The following Nationalities may apply for Malaysia ETV:
Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Colombia, Congo Democratic Republic, Congo Republic, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Hong Kong, India, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Liberia, Mali, Montenegro, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Serbia, Sri Lanka
IMPORTANT: Please make sure a blank visa page within your passport is free for entry & exit stamps. Your passport must have more than 6 months validity remaining after your travel date in order to apply for a visa.
Please scan a clear and legible copy of the information pages of your passport (the pages with your signature & photo). They need to be uploaded during the application process. Please do not take a picture of your passport info page- it must be scanned instead.
If you prefer, you may also email your a scan of your passport to us and we will upload it on your behalf.
If your passport has been amended (name changed, validity extended—found in the back pages of your passport) you will also need to scan and upload along with your passport information pages.
Proof of sufficient funds (recent bank statement). Please make sure you white out or otherwise remove or black out the account number from the statement.
The document will need to be scanned and uploaded during the application process. If you prefer you may also email it to us and we will upload it on your behalf once your order is placed.
Please submit a PDF or scanned copies of your hotel booking/reservation. Your name must be on the reservation.
If staying with a relative or friend, please submit a letter of explanation from host along with host's passport/national ID.

Please submit a PDF or scanned copies of your flight/travel itinerary from your airline or a travel agency indicating the dates of entry and exit during your travel. Your name must be on the itinerary.
